Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. ("we") publishes Best Agentic AppSec at bestagenticappsec.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact form; we do not offer contact by email, phone or post.

This is an editorial site with no user accounts, no payments and no comments. You can read every page, use the agent risk calculator and build a line-up without giving us any personal data. The calculator and line-up run entirely in your browser and do not send your choices anywhere.

We handle personal data in three situations only:

• Contact form. When you send a message we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. If you send a copyright notice, we also receive the details you add for it: the work concerned, the URL of the material, your statements and your electronic signature. The form also contains a hidden field used to filter spam.
• Hosting logs. The provider that hosts the site automatically logs technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.
• Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When the fonts load, your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google.

The site stores nothing in your browser: it sets no cookies and uses no localStorage or sessionStorage. See the cookie policy. We run no analytics and no advertising scripts.

Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests to operate and secure the site and to read and answer the messages you send us. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

• hosting and infrastructure providers that run the site for us;
• the form delivery provider that passes contact messages to us, once the form is connected;
• authorities, where the law requires us to disclose information.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized by the applicable law. We are based in Israel, which has an adequacy decision from the European Commission.

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and then delete them. Hosting logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.

EU and UK. You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority.

California. Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you can ask to know what we hold, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which we do not do. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Israel. Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law you can ask to review the information held about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted.

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
